Blueberry Energiser Smoothie

This healthy & nutritious smoothie is sure to keep you going in the morning!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut water**

  • 3 x 125 g punnets fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Serves: 2 | Prep: 15 Minutes

Method

  1. Mix the chia seeds and coconut water together in a small bowl. Set aside for 10­–15 minutes, until the seeds absorb the liquid and swell.

  2. Combine the chia seeds and the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
