Smoked Salmon and Avocado Dippers

Surprise your guests with these adorable Smoked Salmon & Avocado Dippers 🥑 A smoked salmon/crème fraîche base topped with an Avocado/Cucumber/Radish salsa is sure to impress!

Ingredients:

  • 400g smoked salmon, finely chopped

  • 200ml crème fraîche

  • ⅓ cup chives, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp lemon zest

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 avocado, finely chopped

  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely chopped

  • 2 radishes, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

SERVES: 10-15 | Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, crème fraiche, chives, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Divide salmon mixture between 10-15 small glasses.

  3. To make the avocado salsa, combine the avocado, cucumber, radishes, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the salsa over the salmon mixture, then serve with mini toasts or biscuits of your choice.
