White Chocolate Bark

This sweet and savoury, easy to make treat will be gone in an instant!

Ingredients:

  • 225g white chocolate

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • ¼ cup shelled pistachios

  • Sea salt flakes

Serves: 6 | Prep & Cook Time: 10 Minutes + Set Time

Method

  1. Begin by melting your white chocolate in the microwave, or over heat on the stove.

  2. Then on a lined baking tray, pour your white chocolate out until it’s a few millimetres thick.

  3. While the chocolate is still hot, sprinkle your cranberries, pistachios and sea salt flakes on top.

  4. Leave in the fridge for 6+ hours, or freeze until it is rock solid.

  5. Break up your bark on a plate and serve.
