Seedless Watermelon Lemonade
A refreshing cool drink on a hot summer day. Make a jug ready for the kids coming home from school – they will be so happy with this sweet (but healthy!) cool treat.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
½ large wedge Seedless Watermelon, cut into large pieces
½ cup raspberries
1 cup (250ml) water
⅓ cup caster sugar
½ cup (125ml) lemon juice
Method
Using a blender, blend Seedless Watermelon, raspberries and water until smooth.
Strain fruit blend through a fine mesh strainer and transfer to pitcher. Stir in sugar and lemon juice until the sugar dissolves.
Refrigerate until chilled, about one hour.
Stir briskly before serving.
